أولًا: التسليم
- يتم تسليم الطلبات خلال أسبوع من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.
- ممنوع فتح أو معاينة الطلب أمام مندوب التوصيل.
- في حالة وجود أي مشكلة، يُرجى التواصل خلال 24 ساعة فقط من الاستلام.
- في حالة رفض استلام الطلب، يتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن.
ثانيًا: الاستبدال
- يُقبل الاستبدال فقط في الحالات التالية:
- وجود كسر أو تسريب في زجاجة العطر.
- تعطل البخاخ أو عدم عمله.
- يشترط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم.
ثالثًا: الاسترجاع
- لا يُقبل الاسترجاع في حال عدم الإعجاب بالعطر.باستثناء اذا كان البرفيوم ثباته ضعيف
- في حال الموافقة على الاسترجاع، يتم ذلك من خلال الفرع بمدينة نصر.
1. Delivery
- Orders are delivered within one week from the order confirmation date.
- Opening or inspecting the order in front of the delivery representative is not allowed.
- In case of any issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt only.
- If the order is refused, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
2. Exchange
- Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- The perfume bottle is broken or leaking.
- The spray does not work.
- The product must be in its original, unused condition.
3. Return
- Returns are not accepted if the customer simply does not like the perfume.
- If a return is approved, it must be processed at the Nasr City branch.
